Currently on holiday here in Thailand, booked this for my daughters 21st birthday and what an amazing experience the staff super friendly and knowledgeable and the elephants WOW! Beautiful animals the paper making, feedings and bathing experience was really amazing and to top it off a cooking class at the end we were also give free drinks and food at the beginning and end and also a free poncho as it hammered it down. Well worth the money and the fact 30% of the money paid goes to the care of the elephants vet bills it’s a bonus. 100% book this experience.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience! Visiting the elephant sanctuary in Phuket was one of the most meaningful and unique experiences we’ve ever had. Unlike many other places, this sanctuary is truly dedicated to the well-being of the elephants. They are healthy, happy, active, and most importantly - never forced to perform or entertain. We joined the full-day program and it genuinely felt like stepping into the daily life of these gentle giants. Spending the day with them up close, observing their natural behaviors, feeding them, and simply walking alongside them was unforgettable. The sanctuary clearly puts the elephants’ needs first, offering them the best possible life after years of hardship. A special thank you to Soma, who was our guide for the day. She was absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, attentive, and always sharing fascinating insights with a big smile. Her passion for the elephants and her kindness made the experience even more special. We left the sanctuary with full hearts and deep appreciation for the people who dedicate their lives to giving these elephants a safe, loving home. If you are in Phuket, this is an absolute must-visit!

The best elephant experience for kids and adults in Phuket, you get to spend 3 hours with elephants in an ethical manner (no bathing with them). The team is full of friendly people that care deeply about elephants and explained all kinds of interesting things about them. The food at the end was delicious and the whole camp has a relaxed vibe.

I had a wonderful time at the elephant reserve. The staff were excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and the experience of interacting with the elephants—feeding them and helping to wash them—was truly memorable. Lunch was also included, which was a nice touch. One concern was with the stairs leading up the slopes. They were made of wooden planks over muddy ground and felt quite wobbly, so visitors should be cautious. The end of the visit, however, was not as positive. There was noticeable pressure to post a review in exchange for a keychain, which felt rushed and took away from the overall experience. The departure process also felt disorganized, leaving the last portion less enjoyable than the rest. I would normally write a longer, more detailed review, but given the circumstances, I am keeping it brief.

Beautiful experience learning a lot about elephants. We enjoyed getting close to the them. Feeding and washing the them was fun! The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you August, Tong and the entire conservation! 🙂

We chose Program B (2hrs) and we were very happy with our entire experience. Prompt pick up from hotel and welcome drinks at the sanctuary (coffee as well😊). Start with a presentation about elephants (pay attention you might get a prize) and a run through of rules. Then it is a walk, feed, wash and photo time. All well run and elephant care looks excellent. Highly recommended. My request: update the brochure & website so it is easier to find! Contact or QR code is needed.

We visited the conservation on 14 June and it was an excellent experience. The workers were all professional and friendly. The tour guide was patient and explained everything without any issues. The handlers of the elephants seemed to enjoy their jobs and treaded the elephants with care and love.i would recommend this place to anyone who plans on visiting.The cook off at the end was great. It was great.

We had a great experience with our large family group. Welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks followed by an informative talk and video about domestic elephants in Thailand. We then got to feed the elephants bananas and sugar cane and follow them on a short trek up a hill. To wrap it up, we watched the elephants shower and had the opportunity to help scrub them. This is a small operation with friendly staff and well cared for elephants.
